Oil industry(crude oil transportation, oil-water separation, gas-oil separation, delayed coking and refined process).

4. Usage and dosage

JY-2101ASNcan’t be diluted with water.

It is suggested the defoamer should be diluted with solvents(such as kerosene, dimethylbenzene ) before using. When it is used, the product should be added in the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:

Crude oil transportation: the product can be added in the crude oil.

Air/oil separation and oil-water separation: the product can be added in the separator, the dosage is 10ppm-1000ppm.

Oil refining process: the product can be added in the vacuum distillation tower.

Delayed cooking: the product can be added in the coke tower.
