4. Usage and dosage

JY-2050BSNis a mixture. There may be deposits or layering during shelf life, and it is normal. Before using, stir the product evenly at 30 to 60 rpm and it will not affect the performance of the product.

This product can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company’s customer service department for the specific dilution method. Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.

It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the defoamer can disperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:

Metal working fluid: add the product in the metal working fluid as formulation composition. The recommended dosage is between 0.05 to 1% for the total amount of formula.

Industrial cleaning: add the product in the industrial cleaning as formulation composition. The recommended dosage is between 0.05 to 1% for the total amount of formula.

Water-based ink: add the product in the making process of the ink, the recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 1% for the total amount of formula.

Textile assistant: add the product in the textile auxiliary as formulation composition. The recommended dosage is between 0.05 to 1% for the total amount of formula.

Water-borne wood paint: add the product to the paint as inhibit component. It can be added in batches in the grinding stage and paint mixing stage or all added in the last stage. The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula.

Water-based adhesive: add the product in the making process of adhesive. The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula.

Synthesis of pesticide preparations:

l  Suspending agent: the product is added in the grinding or cutting process.the dosage is 0.1% to 0.5% by mass.

l  Emulsion in water/microemulsion: the product is added directly after the completion of the emulsion. the dosage is 0.1% to 0.5% by mass.

l  Aqueous solutions: the product is added in the stirring process.the dosage is 0.1% to 0.5% by mass. The optimum addition level should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.

Landfill leachate: generally, the product is added in the bubble concentrated place(inlet of aeration tank or inlet of waste water collection pool). The dosage is between 0.5ppm-100ppm.

5. Package and shipment

200kg/drum,25kg/drum,50kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place. Toprevent direct sunlight, Non-dangerous goods transportation.

When stored between 10 and 30℃in the original unopened containers, theproduct has a usable life of 24months from the date of manufacture.
