JY-2510 defoamer is composed ofpolysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silicon resin, silica,
dispersing agent, and stabilizing agent.
Stable effects in strong alkaline (pH10.0-14.0) and moderate-high temperature(60℃-90℃).

4. Usage and dosage
JY-2510defoamer can be diluted with thickening water. In the process ofdilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring isrecommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company’scustomer service department for the specific dilution method. The companyaccepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as aresult of incorrect usage.
It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the defoamer candisperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:
Pretreatment of textile: Add product directly to the pretreatment system.
Textile dyeing: Add product directly to the cotton dyeing system.
Acrylic size: Pre-dilute the product with 2.5-9 parts of thickening water, then addthe defoamer in the acrylic size after the manufacturing of the acrylic size. Oradded the product in the process of sizing. The recommended dosage is between0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula.
Industrial cleaning: Pre-dilute the product with 2.5-9 parts of thickening water,Then added the product in the industrial cleaning as formulation composition. Therecommended dosage is between 0.05 to 1% for the total amount of formula.
Sewage treatment: Generally, the product is added where bubbles concentrate,such as theinlets of the aeration tanks or wastewater collection pools. The dosage is 0.5 to 100 ppm, yet the optimum addition level should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.
