4. Usage

Before using,mixingwell A and B separately

Weighcomponent A and B according to A: B = 10:1 by weight

Stir rapidly for 1 min,then pouring into the mould.

It is suggest that the best cured temperature is 20~25℃，which is conducive to stable operation.

5. Consistency

Specific materials, chemical compound,vulcanizers, and plasticizers willhinder the vulcanization of the product, mainly include:

▪Organic tin and other metallic compound

▪Silicone rubber contained organotin catalyst

▪ Sulphur,polysulfide,polysulfone or other sulphur containing articles

▪Amine,ethyl carbamate or amine containing articles

▪ Unsaturated hydrocarbons plasticizer.

▪ Flux residues.

In order to ensure the applicability in the application,it is suggested to do small compatibility tests,if there is a question of whether one material will cause a hindrance to vulcanizationor not. If there is a liquid or not vulcanized substance on the surface of an interrogative object and a vulcanized gel, it shows no compatibility,which will hinder the vulcanization.

6. Package and shipment

Component A and Component B are packed in 200kg metal barrel and 20kg plastic drum separately, or other specification package.

Store in dry place to avoid sun exposure and rain .The shelf life is 6 months with the original packing.
