5. Usage

Weigh: prepare 2-4 of vulcanizing agent for 100 of the base rubber material according to the mixing ratio.

Mixing: mix the above two components material adequately, remember to scratch the bottom and side wall of the mixing container.

Defoaming: in order to ensure no residual bubbles in rubber after vulcanization, put the mixed rubber together with the mixed container in the vacuum exhaust equipment for vacuumizing. Then the height of the mixing liquid will be higher 3-4 times than before during the defoaming under the vacuum. The vacuum will remain for 4-6 minutes since the bubble is broken. Finally release the vacuum

Vulcanization and molding: when coating, wipe the mixed silicone rubber by hand or pour the mixed rubber into the mold, then rotate the mould to make rubber flows along the mold wall inside, the rubber will be cured in 24 hours at room temperature

6. Package, storage and transportation

Package：plastic drum, 20 kg/drum, the vulcanizing agent will be packed separately.

The base rubber material should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid contacting with acid, alkali, metal organic acid salt. Shelf life is 6 months;

Vulcanizing agent should be stored hermetically, storage period is 6 months.

The product is transported according to the standard of non-dangerous goods.

7. Notes

Close the bottle caps tightly after using the vulcanizing agent to avoid losing efficacy after long-term exposure in the air. If there is a large amount of sediment in the vulcanizing agent, it has lost efficacy and can’t be used any more. If the vulcanizing agent need to be used frequently, suggest pack it in small bottle.

Vulcanizing agent may irritate the skin, when using, avoid contacting with eyes and skin. If splash on the skin accidentally, please rinse with plenty of water immediately. If the condition is serious, you should go to see a doctor immediately.
