JY-1028 is a modified silicone surfactant. This product has a very low surface tension, and after adding in pesticides with a certain proportion, it can make the pesticides have super spreadability, permeability and dispersibility, wettability, efficient absorption and conductivity on the surface of the plant. Especially in the waxy layer of the leaf surface and other difficult to wet the surface to achieve rapid wetting, dispersion, and penetrate into the pores of the plant, improve the efficacy, rain erosion resistance, so that the efficacy of long-term. Under the premise of ensuring the efficacy of pesticides, the amount of pesticides can be reduced by 20%-30%.

4. Usage and Dosage

1. Spraying mixture in drum (Tank mixture), SAME AS Momentive SILWET408

In general, add JY-1028 (4000times) 5g in every 20kg spraying solution. If it needs to promote the adsorption of systemic pesticide, increase the function of pesticide or reduce the amount of spray further, it should add the usage amount properly. In general, the amount is as follows: Plant promote regulator: 0.025%-0.05%; Herbicide: 0.025%-0.15%; Pesticide: 0.025%-0.1%; Bactericide: 0.015%-0.05%; Fertilizer and trace element: 0.015%-0.1%

When using, first dissolve the pesticide, add JY-1028after the uniform mixture of 80% water, then add water to 100% and mix them uniformly. It is advised that when using the adjuvant, the water amount reduced to 1/2 of the normal (suggested) or 2/3, average pesticide usage reduced to 70-80% of the normal. Using the small aperture nozzle will quicken the spray speed.

2. Original formulations (stoste) of Pesticides, SAME AS Momentive SILWET408

Adding JY-1028 to the original formulations of pesticide, we suggest the amount is 0.5%-8%. Adjust the PH value of the pesticide prescription to 6-8. The user should adjust the amount of JY-1028according to different kinds of pesticide and prescription to reach the most effective and most economical result. Do compatibility tests and stepwise tests before usage.

5. Application

This product can be used as spray improver, leaf surface absorption aid, activator, etc., widely used in herbicides, liquid surface nutrients, growth regulators, insecticides and other pesticides.

6. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production.
