1. Product Feature

JY-2112 defoamer is made of silicone grease system and special emulsion system. It is suitable for foam control of metal cutting fluid system. A very small amount of additives can achieve the foam control effect, while greatly reducing the negative impact on the final product caused by the addition of a large number of defoamers. The product has excellent storage stability and shear stability.

3. Usage and Dosage

1. Directly add it to the foaming system, ensure the defoamer is evenly dispersed. Diluted emulsions are recommended to be used up within a short period of time to maintain optimal performance, generally, it is not recommended to exceed 4 hours after dilution.

2. According to the temperature and stirring factors of different systems, the general addition amount is 100-200ppm, which can achieve defoaming effect. The optimal dosage will be determined according to the test.

4. Applications

Suitable forcutting fluid, grinding fluid and other metal machining fluids.

5. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
