1. Product Feature

This product is an emulsion type silicone defoamer specifically designed for foam control in the industrial cleaning industry. Compared with the traditional defoamer, it has excellent alkali resistance, temperature resistance and shear resistance. It maintains excellent continuous defoaming ability under low additive amount, and exerts excellent antifoaming and defoaming effect.

pH value: 6.0-8.0

3. Usage and Dosage

1. The metering pump can be used to directly add to the foaming system , and the specific dosage can be adjusted according to the field situation to achieve accurate control of performance and cost.

2. In order to control the amount added, this product can be diluted. Water can be added to the defoamer emulsion and mixed slowly, and the diluted defoamer should be used up as soon as possible. Generally do not store for more than 12 hours.

4. Applications

Widely used in various metal cleaning industries such as general industrial cleaning, steel, aluminum alloy, etc.

5. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
