1. Product Feature

JY-2110 is a new and high efficient modified silicone defoamer emulsion. It has excellent acid & alkali resistance, chemical property and stability, faster defoaming and long-lasting antifoaming function than general defoaming agent, and good dispersion in water. Especially suitable for water-based foaming systems with high requirements for foam inhibition persistence. The product is non-toxic and pollution-free.

3. Usage and Dosage

1. This product should be stirred evenly before use. In order to achieve the best defoaming effect, defoamer must be completely dispersed in the foam medium. Therefore, the required amount of defoamer can also be diluted with 1-5 times cold water in advance. When diluting, the defoamer should be added while slowly stirring the water and mixed thoroughly. Diluted defoamers should be used immediately.

2. If the system using defoamers has sufficient stirring or flipping conditions (ensuring that the added defoamers are evenly dispersed in the foaming medium), the defoamers can also be directly added to the foaming medium without pre dilution.

3. Due to the influence of foaming medium, foaming temperature, chemical characteristics, foaming amount, stirring and other factors on the defoaming effect, the optimal addition amount and usage of this product are determined by customers through experiments before use.

4. Application

1. Suitable for high-speed water jet loom sizing, textile sizing, spray cotton sizing, latex and medium temperature printing and dyeing.

2. Can be used for industrial wastewater, water quality stabilizers, chemical cleaning agents, etc.

3. Can be used for petroleum, petrochemical, drilling mud, mining flotation, etc.

4. Can be used for metal cutting fluid, metal cleaning, etc.

5. Can be used for pesticides, washing, adhesives, biological fermentation, etc.

5. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
