3. Usage and Dosage

JY-2123SN Antifoam is composed of various substances. Probably this product stratify or there are deposits after long placed and it is normal phenomenon. It is suggested that the customer stir it evenly before using and it does not affect the performance of product (the speed of stirring is between 30rpm to 60 rpm).

This product can't be diluted with water. It can be diluted with organic solvent. If it is diluted with water, this product may appear stratified, finally lead to the cost increase, our company accepts no responsibility

It is suggested that the product is added in the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse easily Specific application method is as follows

Wet-process phosphoric acid: Add the product in the stirring process, or add the product in advance before bubble. The recommended dosage is 0.8%to 1.2‰. for the P2O5 content of ground phosphate rock.

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.
