1. Product Feature

JY-2125 is silicone defoamer, specifically designed for the control of foam in paper making production lines. Compared with the traditional defoamer, the product has better durability, excellent defoaming and antifoaming properties, and good compatibility with black liquor, which is suitable for the production conditions of pulp mills.

pH value: 6.0-8.0

3. Usage and Dosage

1. The defoamer can be directly added to the system by using a drip pump. The recommended dosage per ton of pulp is 0.08-0.51kg defoaming agent.

2. In order to control the quantity, the product can also be diluted by adding water to the defoamer emulsion and mixing it slowly. The diluted emulsion is recommended to be used up in a short time. Generally do not store for more than 12 hours.

3. The drip point of the defoamer should be determined according to the specific production conditions, and the optimal drip point should be improved with less addition.

4. Applications

It is widely used for foam control in pulp production.

5. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
