JY-2133A defoamer and its higher concentration JY-2133B defoamer have excellent defoaming effects on amine or ethylene glycol dehydration units. These two products have been tested in many natural gas processing plants and have excellent stability in alkaline environments. The test results show that this defoamer can reduce sedimentation in processing plant equipment. In the dehydration environment, water will be separated from the defoamer emulsion, so that the defoamer will lose its effect immediately, but JY-2133 defoamer can achieve foam control in the dehydration unit environment.

3. Product Feature
1. Fast defoaming speed: when foam is generated in the absorption device, rapid defoaming and rapid control of foam are very important.
2. Long time foam-suppressing performance: After a period of time, the salt concentration in the amine or ethylene glycol dehydration unit will be very high. JY-2133A defoamer and its higher concentration JY-2133B defoamer are still stable in this environment. In addition, the amount of defoamer added is very small, which potentially reduces costs and prevents sedimentation and blockage. And because this defoamer is easily soluble in water and ethylene glycol, they will not allow ethylene glycol to be easily released from the water in their lotion. This makes the defoaming effect more long-lasting.
3. They are also stable in high temperature environments because they have excellent dispersibility. JY-2133A and JY-2133B will not precipitate in the heat exchanger like other defoamers. On the contrary, they will be completely dispersed in the amine or ethylene glycol solution and filtered out.
4. Easy to use and dilute: Simply adding water and shaking it slightly is enough to dilute this defoamer. Because the viscosity of this defoamer is very low, it can be directly pumped out.
5. Reduce sediment and blockage inside the heat exchanger: potentially reducing the cost of later maintenance and repair.
6. A lower concentration can achieve excellent foam control effect: JY-2133A and JY-2133B defoamers have 2-3 times better foam control effect in gas treatment equipment than other defoamers.
7. For systems with high foaming temperatures (>60 ℃), it is recommended to add the product to the system before 60 ℃ and disperse it evenly to maximize its effectiveness.
4. Applications
Mainly used in gas recovery plants or equipment, natural gas must be cleaned or refined before distribution, and for liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants, in order to obtain high-purity natural gas before liquefaction, this defoamer is also used in this process. In many ethanolamine hydrogen sulfide removal units, foam is a big problem. It is very important to control foam in the production process.
5. Package and Storage
1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.
2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.
When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
