Polydimethylsiloxane fluid is a transparent liquid, non-toxic, non-corrosive and physiologically inert. At the same time, it also has excellent frost resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -50℃ ~ 200℃. Low viscosity-temperature coefficient, good dielectric properties, good electrical insulation properties. In addition, it also has strong shearing resistance and good translucency, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, low volatility.

4. Application
1. Widely used in textile industry. Such as fabric production, yarn and thread production, dyeing, product treatment and so on. According to different situations, the volatilization of silicone oil can form a soft and durable film, with low friction coefficient, inertness, durability, heat resistance, and low surface tension, which enables the product to meet ideal requirements.
2. Widely used in television, electrical appliances, and electronic instruments as insulation media that are resistant to high temperatures, arcs, corona discharges, corrosion, moisture, and dust. At present, it is still used as transformer and capacitor oil, which can reduce the volume of transformers, increase power, improve safety and pollution-free.
3. Used as anti-shock damping oil. Widely used in instruments, automobile fans, buffer dampers and so on. Using this product as a liquid spring, it has a small volume, light weight, and can withstand large impact forces over a wide temperature range, making it an excellent shock absorber.
4. Use as release agent. It can be widely used in plastic molding, rubber processing, metal manufacturing, paper making, glass products, fiber, food and other fields. It has the characteristics of film release performance, high surface accuracy of products, low usage, multiple use after one coating, safety, cleanliness, non-toxicity, and odorless.
5. Use as defoamer. It is the most widely used defoamer with strong defoaming performance, high temperature resistance, non-volatilization, high chemical stability, non-toxicity and safety. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, coating, pharmaceutical, leather making, fermentation, food and other fields.
6. Use as lubricant. Suitable for rubbers, plastics, plastic bearings, gear lubricants and lubrication of machinery and precision instruments under high conditions.
7. Use as an additive. Adding a small amount of this product to materials such as paints, rubber, paraffin and resin can obviously improve the water resistance, brightness, oxidation resistance and processing performance.
8. Other uses. This product can also be used as high temperature bath and heat carrier, heat exchange system of precision instruments. It is used as a transparency inhibitor for dry copiers and in the manufacture of various polishing agents. Adding this product to cosmetics can enhance skincare and moisturizing effects.
