1. Product Feature

JY-2200 is a defoamer designed specifically for various latex systems, with excellent dynamic defoaming, anti foaming performance, and long-lasting defoaming ability. It has excellent compatibility and is suitable for a variety of resin systems.

Appearance: Milky white liquid

Solid content (%): 10-100

Viscosity (25℃, mPa.s): 1000-3000

Water soluble: soluble in water

Ionic properties: non-ionic

3. Usage and Dosage

1. It can be added directly during the production process, or it can be added after material pre dispersion.

2. In paint production, it is recommended to add 50% of the total amount before grinding, and then add the remaining 50% after grinding.

3. The general addition amount is 0.2% -0.5% of the total formula amount.

4. Applications

Suitable for the production process of various latex paints, water-based inks, adhesives, as well as latex systems such as styrene, butadiene, acrylic acid, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers, ethylene/vinyl acetate, and water-soluble alkyd.

5. Package and Storage

1. This product is available in 25L, 200L and IBC drums.

2. This product should be stored in room temperature, avoid direct sunlight.

When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 6 months from the date of production.
