2. Product Feature
JY-205 Vinyl silicone oil can adjust the vinyl content at both ends to obtain products with different degrees of crosslinking. As the basic rubber material for additive silicone rubber, it can improve the flowability and enhance the physical and mechanical properties such as tear resistance of silicone rubber. This silicone oil is non-toxicity, and odorless, and its vinyl groups at both ends have strong reactivity. Under the action of a catalyst, it can react with chemical substances containing active hydrogen groups or other active groups to prepare various silicon products with special properties. In addition, no other low molecular weight substances are released during the reaction process, and the amount of reaction deformation is small.

2. Used for making liquid silicone rubber, it is the main raw material for injection molded silicone rubber, such as high tear resistant mold adhesive and high-end electronic sealing adhesive.
3. By reacting with various organic materials such as polyurethane and acrylic, can produce new materials with superior performance (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.)
