4. Product Usage Method
Clean the surface of the substrate to be bonded, then directly extrude or apply the product to the bonding area and cure by heating.
5. Precautions
1. The actual curing time is greatly related to curing temperature, type and efficiency of heating, and the size, shape, and thermal conductivity of the device. Therefore, in practical use, first conduct tests according to specific conditions to determine the suitable curing temperature and time.
2. It is recommended to place the product at room temperature for 1-2 hours after taking it out from low-temperature storage before use.
3. Before curing, avoid contact with unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers, residues of flux, and organic compounds containing amines, phosphorus, sulfur, sulfone, arsenic, and organic tin, as they may cause incomplete or no curing of the silicone rubber. Therefore, it is recommended to first conduct compatibility tests between the silicone rubber and the substrate before using this product.

6. Cleaning
Unvulcanized silicone rubber can be cleaned with hydrocarbons such as toluene or No. 120 gasoline, while polar solvents such as ketones and alcohol compounds are not suitable choices.
7. Product Packaging
This product is available in two packaging specifications: 300g plastic tubes, and 1kg or 5kg barrel packaging.
8. Product Storage and Transportation
1. One-component liquid silicone rubber is non-hazardous and can be transported as non-hazardous goods.
2. Sealed storage at 0℃-10℃, with a shelf life of 6 months.
