4. Product Usage Method
Clean the surface of the adhesive substrate first, then directly mix the product in proper ratio, and vacuum degas for 10-20 minutes. Take out the adhesive, pour or apply it to the bonding area, and then heat to cure.
5. Precautions
1. The actual curing time is greatly related to the curing temperature, the type and efficiency of heating, as well as the size, shape, and thermal conductivity of the device. Therefore, when actually using, first test according to the specific situation to determine the suitable curing temperature and time.
2. Before vulcanization of this product, it should avoid contact with unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers, residues of flux, and organic compounds containing amines, phosphorus, sulfur, sulfone, arsenic, organic tin, etc., otherwise it will cause the silicone rubber to vulcanize incompletely or not vulcanize at all. Therefore, it is recommended to first conduct compatibility tests between the silicone rubber and the substrate before using this product.

6. Cleaning
Unvulcanized silicone rubber can be cleaned with hydrocarbons such as toluene or 120# gasoline, while polar solvents such as ketones and alcohol compounds are not suitable choices.
7. Product Packaging
This product is available in two packaging specifications: 1KG barrel packaging and 5KG barrel packaging.
8. Product Storage and Transportation
Each single-component liquid silicone rubber is non-hazardous and can be transported as non-hazardous goods.
Store sealed in a cool and dry environment, and the shelf life is 6 months.
