4. Usage Method

1. Before use, thoroughly stir each component, weigh the component A and component B according to a weight ratio of 1:1 into a container, and quickly stir for 1 minute, then pouring into the mold.

2. This adhesive material foams at a constant temperature of 20℃, which is conducive to stabilizing the operating process conditions. The foaming temperature is 20-25℃.

5. Compatibility

Certain materials, compounds, vulcanizing agents, and plasticizers will hinder the vulcanization of the product. Mainly including:

1. Organotin and other organometallic compounds.

2. Silicone rubber containing organotin catalysts.

3. Sulfur, polysulfides, polysulfone materials, or other sulfur-containing items.

4. Amines, ethyl carbamate, or amine-containing items.

5. Unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizers.

6. Some residues of flux.

If unsure if a material will hinder vulcanization, it is recommended to conduct a small compatibility test to determine its applicability in this application. If there is liquid or unvulcanized material on the surface of the questioned object and the vulcanized gel, it indicates incompatibility, which will hinder vulcanization.

6. Product Packaging and Storage

1. This product is packaged in two components, separately in plastic bottles or plastic barrels, with packaging barrel specifications is 20L and 200L.

2. Store in a dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and prevent rainwater.

The shelf life under the original packaging and sealed conditions is 6 months.

3. Exceeding the storage period does not mean that the product is completely unusable. In this case, relevant performance should be quality tested to ensure its quality.

4. The adhesive material is transported as a non-hazardous good.
