5. Usage and dosage

Weigh: Weigh component A and B according to mixing ratio, put the A and B to the separate spare storage drum of injection equipment,

Mix: Mixing the A and B according to the mixing ratio in Motionless mixer.

Inject the mixture (A and B) to the forming-mold. The working time for the mixture (A and B) under room temperature (25 ℃) is on or 7days. Or shorten the working time by heating.

If stop the injection molding equipment for long time, should clean up the balanced mixture rubber in (Motionless mixer) or remove and put the Montionless mixer in the low temperature environment (- 10 ℃).

Sulfuration: This product can be cured quickly by heating. the curing time is just 10 minutes at 120 ℃. If the forming-mold is bigger, the curing time will be longer accordingly.

6. Matters to be attention

During the storage and using procession, the sealant should be avoided contact with the heavy metal as nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and its compounds, otherwise it will influence the curing performance of the adhesive.

Storage A and B separately, using them in short time after mixing.

7. Package

Packed in 200L with steel pail, A and B is packed separately.

The package way can be done according to client’s demand.

8. Product packaging and storage

This product should be stored in a cool and drying place under the room temperature, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture, please pay attention to the date of manufacture on the product packaging

The products is stored and transported according to the non-dangerous goods

9. Safety instruction

   This product is non-toxic after curing completely, but you should avoid contacting it with eyes before curing, otherwise cleaning your eyes with plenty of water or go to the hospital; children should be avoided contacting with the uncured liquid products.
